Co: Spinel crystal is also called Cobalt-doped magnesium aluminate spinel, whose chemical formula is Co: MgAl2O4. It can generate short nanosecond pulse, in around 1.5um, the eye-safe wavelength, and the pulse has high peak power. So that, it is especially suitable for telemetry applications.
